Perhaps some of the ridiculous weapon ideas that militaries work on are the result of ideological saboteurs tricking them.
Starboard:
Yeah, there are some who believe that when Heisenberg was working on the atomic bomb for the Nazis moral qualms caused him to undermine his own research.
Getting people to work on the wrong thing would be even better.
Port:
You know how glass breaks if just the right sound is played? I bet a weapon that plays an equivalent sound for people...or their teeth, could provide a tactical advantage.
Imagine how cool all the other militaries would think you were if the teeth of your enemies exploded.
While most of your comics are excellent, this one made me laugh out loud, something I don’t do often when reading anything. And, I agree - it would be pretty cool to make the teeth of your enemies explode. It would also serve as a useful distraction, but that’s just a bonus.

I love hearing which comics people like the most. As well as generally making me happy it helps me write future comics.
