The news is often scary. There is war, famine, loss of freedom, and terrorism.

Dialog:
- Port:
  - The news is often scary. There is ware, famine, loss of freedom, and terrorism.
  - To help people believe that these things can't happen to them I propose a “news antidote” channel.
  - A calming 24 hour stream of often bad reasons why scary things can't happen to the viewers.
  - For example: You are wearing purple {gentle surf noise} and bad things never happen to people in purple. {gentle surf noise}
- Starboard:
  - Ancient wisdom tells us that they are always the eaters rather than the ones eaten.
